Seller's Obligations
Ads will be $20. and will remain on the webpage for up to 12 months. No
dealers please. Four photos should be emailed to the webmaster (tsae@mchsi.com)
included with a full description of the car and a phone number or email
address. Make checks out to: The Quad Cities Cruisers and mail to:The
Quad Cities Cruisers c/o Tom Saelens, 3780 Deer Springs Dr., Bettendorf,
Iowa 52722 You undertake certain obligations when using the Cars For
Sale webpage. Some of these obligations come from applicable law and
regulations, and others have become standard safety measures for online
activities.
Sellers must not post any information that may be deemed to be unlawful,
offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, or obscene or that
otherwise violates another party’s rights.
Sellers must inform the webmaster when the Automobile is sold in order
to remove the ad.
The description of the car must be accurate to best of the seller's
knowledge and include contact information.
No questions regarding the ads will be answered by the webmaster nor
will any additional Quad Cities Cruiser membership
information be provided to interested buyers.
